Nostalgia

Though I've already posted some of the old photos I went through with my nan, they were just of California when there were actually hundreds more of mixed content. In particular I was meaning to post the animal photos seeing as I did so on Flickr and there were a couple of others that I thought would be interesting to more than just me. To begin with I've posted a now and then comparison of my Grandparent's back garden showing the expanse of fields that used to be behind the greenhouse. Then I've added some menagerie style animal enclosures complete with exotic animals, most of which were taken at Sandown Zoo (I already have a post about my experience with the zoo in the 90s) and following them is the area of Malta that my Nan was born which I found in a book of my Great-Nan's photos from the time of my Nan's birth. To finish is a collection of various other moments including Picadilly Circus, my Uncle's car and my Grandad in uniform.
